10 × 10 with two stars per row, column, and region is THE Star Battle format — it's the size our daily puzzle uses, and the one the New York Times publishes as Two Not Touch. Two stars change everything: a row isn't done when you place a star, pairs of stars need breathing room, and the no-touch rule interacts with counting arguments in ways 1-star boards never show.
Remember: in 2-star puzzles the two stars of the same row, column, or region also may not touch each other. Expect solves of eight to twenty minutes depending on the difficulty filter you pick below.
